Well, equipped suite with a private safe, mini, bar, and iron. Loved the wake, up service , such a helpful touch! the location was perfect, just a short distance from all the places we wanted to visit. 🌟.

The room had a work desk, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome.

Delicious local food options were available. the bedroom we stayed in was separate and cozy. This place offers an incredible location by a beautiful lagoon - 💫 just a stone's throw away from Bacalar itself.

The hotel features modern Mexican architecture with a great location close to the lagoon pontoon and ecopark, making it an ideal spot for exploring. the hotel staff provides excellent service, and there are amazing food options to enjoy. the rooms are luxurious and spacious, with rooftop terraces and plunge pools offering stunning views of the surroundings.

While the hotel provides various facilities, some guests have experienced poor sound isolation, leading to noise issues.

This hotel had a great view from the pool, and the food was delicious. the staff was attentive and provided good service. the hotel was also located in a convenient location, close to the popular attractions. Another positive was the unique and modern design of the hotel rooms. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered wifi.

The hotel lacked proper sound isolation. the noise level was very high, especially due to a party that lasted until the early hours of the morning.

We loved everything about this hotel! The pool and views were amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The hotel was very clean with great facilities. Breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent service.

What an amazing place! Fine beauty, friendly staff, luxurious rooms, and delicious food. The rooftop terrace and plunge pool with lagoon views were perfect. Quiet location but still within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended!

Everything was fantastic.

From the moment we arrived, we were awestruck by the elegance and sophistication of this hotel. the luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations, with a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace overlooking the breathtaking lagoon. the staff provided impeccable service, always greeting us with a warm smile and fulfilling every one of our exclusive needs. the restaurant had a diverse menu with special diet options and in-room breakfast that were delivered promptly.

One minor disadvantage was the soundproofing of the hotel, as we could hear some noise from the street and the neighborhood surrounding the venue. when we requested a room change, the staff promptly accommodated our request.

The hotel had a decent enough location with easy access to the lagoon, as well as being close to the town's attractions. The food was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were luxurious and well-furnished, with a great view of the lagoon from the balcony.

My stay was ruined by the noise. There was a loud party that lasted until the early hours of the morning, and the poor soundproofing made it impossible to sleep.
